Where are your ingredients sourced?
We source our ingredients as locally as possible.
When looking for high quality organic ingredients this can be hard, so our pumpkin and sweet potato are sourced from the USA.
Our meat ingredients are all sourced and made in Canada.
How should I store my snacks?
Always store treats in a cool, dark place, away from heat and sunlight. Reseal the bag after each use to help maintain freshness.
How are your biscuits made?
Our biscuits are made with human-grade, natural ingredients, in small batches in our very own kitchen!

Why wool?
Wool is free of microplastics that you can find in synthetic fibres. It's also biodegradable, compostable, renewable and has antibacterial properties!
Where are Rad Dog toys made?
Our wool toys are ethically made in Nepal with 100% New Zealand wool. The craftswomen use azo-free dyes and the company we work with is woman owned and operated!
How durable are Rad Dog toys?
Rad Dog wool toys are not chew toys!
They were designed to tug, play and fetch. Although your dog may mouth them (they’re actually great for teeth cleaning), they’re not meant to be chewed in a destructive manner

Our wool toys are Oeko-Tex Certified! Meaning they have been tested to be free from over 1000 harmful chemicals!
They're also goodweave certified! The premier assurance that our products are made without child, forced, or bonded labor.

What is your processing time?
All of our biscuits are made fresh to order! Rad Dog makes every order as fresh as possible! Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order. During periods of high demand (winter holidays) processing times may extend up to 2 weeks.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada only.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! You can order your items for pick up at Pawse Boutique!

What is your return policy?
For all of our food products, items are final sale and non-exchangeable for health and safety reasons.
For all other rad items, if the item is unopened and in good condition, please contact us to discuss solutions!
